Niet te warm in ieder geval. Ook heb ik dit keer niet 3 dagen eerder een 10 Km gelopen en voel ik mij goed. Op de vraag &#8220;waar ga je op weg&#8221; antwoord ik dan ook: &#8220;onder de 45&#8221;. Na het rondje op de atletiek baan naast de IJsbaan ga ik op weg naar de eerste kilometer\u00a0 die in 4:15 gaat. Ook daarna lukt het me om het tempo vast te houden en tot kilometer 8 blijf ik onder de 4:30 per kilometer en dus onder 45:00 eindtijd. Ook omdat ik de pacers van 45:00 nog niet heb gezien weet ik dat het wel eens zou kunnen lukken om mijn voorspelling waar de te maken. Ondanks dat ik een ontspannen gevoel heb gaat kilometer 9 wat langzamer en de mensen waar ik in de buurt liep krijgen een voorsprong. De laatste kilometer kan ik echter nog iets versnellen en als ik iets boven de 44 min over de streep kom, weet ik dat ik heel goed gelopen heb.
